Description

During these dark turbid times for most restaurants it's really difficult for me to rate any place low as businesses are struggling right now. Ted's Bulletin offers an all day breakfast/ brunch option which is what I settled for at 4pm. We stood at the doorway and we're not greeted by anyone and we were not acknowledged. I called out to the Barman, but he thought we were there to pick up a go to order. It was then that I saw the chalkboard sign that said - first come first serve for the outside plastic pods with heaters.
